As the world’s population ages, Pakistan faces similar challenges. According to statistics, about 7% of Pakistan’s residents are over 60 years old, and the size of the elderly group continues to expand. However, many elderly people, especially those abandoned by their families, face loneliness, poverty and life difficulties.
In Pakistan, the lack of adequate social welfare and a complete elderly care service system makes these elderly people even more helpless. K1 Charitable Foundation has always been concerned about the welfare of the elderly in Pakistan, especially those who have been abandoned and helpless. We are committed to providing them with the necessary support, helping them find a nursing home suitable for survival, and through donating love funds to ensure that they can enjoy a better quality of life in their later years.
